Christmas is the best time of year, filled with all that's jolly and bright.
Family, friends, and wonderful traditions are what make the holiday so great.
But what really gets me in the mood for Christmas sending love to family near and far with a quick update on our lives with a festive Christmas card.
In fact, it's become somewhat of an annual tradition: at the beginning of the holiday season, I get together with my friends and we bring cards to address to friends and family.
There's always lots of laughing and, of course, hot cocoa!
This year I'm adding some extra magic with a Disney inspired holiday card!
And to help you spread some extra Disney cheer, I am sharing my adorable snowman cards with you!
Whether your family is a frequent visitor of the Happiest Place on Earth or just big Disney lovers, this cute card is the perfect way to share the holiday magic.
Disney Christmas Cards
I love these cards and I know you will too!
The design is so sweet with the blues and the cute little snowman wearing his favorite Mickey ears.
He's the picture of "Merry & Bright" enjoying the snow with his big smile.
Making the cards is simple and you don't even need to leave the house to get them together! All you need is:
- 7" x 10" White Folded Cards with envelopes
- Our Disney Christmas Card PDF (sign up below)
- Colour Printer (As homeschoolers, we LOVE HP InstantInk!)
Now, let's get started!
You'll need to decide if you're going to print out the design at home on your colour printer or upload the file to a print shop or office store like Office Depot.
If you go the print shop route, you can choose to print the design on a folded 5" x 7" card.
If you want to print the cards at home, you'll find a ton of options for printable white cardstock Christmas cards on Amazon.
The design was made for the 7" x 10" cards that are 5" x 7" when they are folded.
The sets online or in your local craft store come with envelopes too.
There's really nothing else to do but set aside time to address the cards and stick them in the mail.
Some fun ways to dress up your holiday cards are to:
- Write a letter to update friends and family about what your family has been doing
- Add a family photo at Disney World or Disneyland
- Announce a new member of your family, furry or not!
- Add your own "snow" to the card with some fun snowflakes inside
- Add a little Disney magic with some Mickey and Minnie inspired postage stamp stickers
- Let the kids draw their favourite Disney characters dressed in Santa hats for the grandparents
The possibilities are really endless for personalizing your Christmas cards.
Just have fun and imagine the happiness you're sharing when your loved ones get a special card from you this December!
I had so much fun making these cards and I hope that you will too.
I would love to see how your Disney holiday cards come out so please share your cards on social media and tag me on Instagram or Facebook with @AttachmentMummy
