To think it all started with a mouse! Now Disney are celebrating 100 years of magic in a special new Disney on Ice tour featuring 50 beloved Disney characters, including princesses, Mickey and friends, Toy Story and many more.
Disney on Ice 100 Years of Magic is the ultimate Disney experience that will captivate the whole family this autumn and winter. Mouse-ter of Ceremonies Mickey Mouse opens the show and will then bring you all your favourite characters from his beau Minnie and other pals, right through to modern favourites like Frozen, Toy Story and Finding Dory.
You'll be grinning from ear to ear as all the famous Disney characters take to the ice to honour the legacy of Walt Disney, taking audiences on a magical journey through classic and modern Disney tales. Take a look:
The extravagant show features more than 50 unforgettable Disney stars, a score of 30 familiar melodies to sing along to, stunning choreography, beautiful costumes and intricate sets. Our girls can't wait to see their favourites: Snow White, Elsa and Belle.
Audiences will travel to the heart of Africa with Disney's The Lion King, join an adventure in friendship with the gang from Disney Pixar’s Toy Story, and watch in amazement as Belle breaks the Beast's curse in the tale of Beauty and The Beast.
Enter the magical kingdom of Arendelle from Disney’s Frozen and journey up the North Mountain with hilarious snowman Olaf and mountain-man Kristoff, as they help royal sisters Anna and Elsa discover that true love does indeed conquer all.
And don't forget these two of course!
So, don your favourite princess dress, grab your Mickey ears and get ready for the Disney celebration of the century!
Disney On Ice celebrates 100 Years of Magic will be skating into Glasgow from 20th September then Newcastle, Manchester, Birmingham, Exeter, Aberdeen, Sheffield, Nottingham, and London from the 20th September 2019 to 5th January 2020.
