A dash of rose flavoured cordial
25ml Vodka
Lime, quarters and slices
Lemonade or tonic water
Ice
Pomegranate seeds, to decorate
Method
1. Put the pomegranate, rose cordial, vodka, a large squeeze of lime and a few cubes of ice into a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously until well mixed and chilled.
2. Strain into a tall tumbler or Kilner glass, and top up with lemonade or tonic water.
3. Decorate with pomegranate seeds, slices of lime and ice cubes.
